Hi I'm Dalton,

My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals.

​

This will involve designing an exercise program that fits your every need and guides you through every exercise and every workout!

​

I live by the ethos that fitness is the key to a healthy lifestyle. My dedication and driven approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

With my help, keeping fit should be something you look forward to.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I work with each client to custom design an exercise plan that reflects their short and long-term goals. 

 

Once the program is designed,  i take time each session to go through certain techniques that will improve your form.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Our semi-private training sessions are designed to ensure you get all of the ‘personal’ experience but at a fraction of the cost. You’ll be paired with people who have similar goals and fitness levels so don’t worry about feeling out of place. This will also be a great option to meet like minded people, be able to share goals and encourage each other!

If you’d prefer to train with others / friends but the thought of a big fitness class puts you off, then this will be the perfect option for you.

ONLINE COACHING

Nutrition Guide

Nutrition is very important and that's why we're here to guide you through the process and access your current diet and make adjustments that will best suit you and your goal in mind. With this advice, I also provide free recipe books (to help with healthier meal options, with calculated calories and macros so you don't lose track), I also provide guides for restaurants so you can still enjoy you nights out and don't feel restricted.

Training Programme 

Your training will be based on what your goals are & individualised to you whether that's Fat loss, Muscle Building or Strength training, we can cater for it.

​

Weekly Check ins 

Each week you will be asked to check in to see how your progress is doing and alterations will be made if needed for the following week. You will need to answer a series of questions, send over pictures & provide as much information about how you've done on your plan so we can make the correct adjustments.

 

What I offer throughout my online services is guidance and support towards your fitness related goals. I offer all sorts of different styles of programmes to fit what your outcome goal is and will offer support throughout your time when being a part of DKT Training via email & phone.

Online coaching does take time and effort but the effort you put in, you will get the results you want to see. The plans we put you on will be based around your lifestyle & a healthy way of living (there is no drastic diet or training). For online coaching to really work as a client need to ask yourself are you willing to work for the results?
